The store will carry a mix of items aimed at children and hobbyists, including science kits, arts and crafts supplies, toy cars and trains, wooden puzzles and board games.

Animal Control Officer Brechner assessed the animals’ condition, which resulted in the removal of several cats and one dog.

Officials have not released any information on possible injuries or what may have started the fire.
